Still waiting

I purchased a brand new aide from Jon in 2015. I called him to tell him I would be sending it in for repair. I also sent my BELTONE aid in which he has repaired before which made me a satisfied customer. So, I sent BOTH the 900.00 one I bought from him AND a Beltone 1000.00 aide on Aug.1st.Took insurance out at the post office. Jon received them. Called him said they were ready to go. I AM STILL WAITING....I have left VOICEMAILS, sent a letter, tried e-mails with NO RESPONSE. I simply want my products BACK. My aid I bought brand new from him was still under WARRANTY. SEND THEM BACK

Place is a total rip off

I sent two of my hearing aids to this place and he said he could rebuild them. Two months later and out of $300 I got them back in worst condition then I sent them. John is a real liar and ripoff artist! I called several times and he kept telling me he was going to ship them and never did until I got persistence with him. Guys that prey on people like this need to be put in jail. He will be seeing me face to face very shortly as I will not be ripped of by sorry business people like him. Puts out a nice website but don't let it fool you deal with someone local David Thompson

Jon broke one of my hearing aids I had purchased from Echo Hearing Aid in Independence that went out of business. But it was working okay.

A box of his batteries didn't last long. Still, for the money, I thought his service was good. Was I lucky? I wished he had not broken my hearing device but human errors can happen.

Now I can't find him. He doesn't respond my email and doesn't answer my calls.

Following John's quick resolution of my problem I feel that I must retract my statement concerning unethical practices. The company did act quickly and efficiently to resolve my issues.

In 2013 I Sent a pair of Resound Air aids for repair and cleaning. Got them back after about 12 weeks. One worked, the other did not. Sent bad one back to fix again and it has never been returned. NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND PROMISES LATER STILL NO HEARING AID AND NO REFUND. The other one died a few months later but I wasn't about to waste the postage on this guy. After 18 months I gave up bought a new pair. This business is not ethical. Go elsewhere for your repairs.

Thank you John, I am so glad we sent my hearing aid to you. It was going to cost me several hundred dollars to repair through my audiologist so therefore I was only using one hearing aid and that never works. Your cost was more than reasonable, it works great and the turn around time was fantastic. I am sorry that others feel like they have had some issues but I would absolutely use your service again. Again thank you and God Bless you for the work that you do. Highly recommend!

Hearing aid returned after over two months, and still doesn't work.

I mailed in My left hearing aid in for repair. It was dead, and the ear tube was broken. After a couple calls and a couple months; I sent a note on his order form to cancel the repair, and return the hearing aid. In a couple days I received a call that he had the parts, and would send the AID right away. "I told him I couldn't do without them any longer". When I received it the tube had been replaced, but it still didn't work. There are 4 circuits in the aid. Circuit continually squeals and circuit 2, 3, and 4 stay on less than a minute and go dead. The repair comes with a 3 month warranty, and I originally took the extended warranty, for extra money. He advertises a 10day turnaround time. I can't deal with a 2 1/2 month turnaround. Now he charged my credit card for the extra warranty as well as the repair that doesn't work. I am willing to pay for the basic repair which wasn't done, but not for a warranty that I can't afford to use

It'a been a month and a half and after calls he had ready excuses for I still haven't received my hearing aid. Stopped payment through MasterCard so I'm getting my money back (I think!) but wonder how I'm going to get my hearing aid back.

FROM MY EXPERIENCE, AND REVIEWS I'VE READ, AVOID USING THIS GUY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO FEEL LIKE A FOOL.
